About AlloGen®

Amniotic fluid contains collagen substrates, growth factors, amino acids, polyamines, lipids, carbohydrates, cytokines, extracellular matrix molecules such as hyaluronic acid and fibronectin, as well as other chemical compounds that support tissue protection.

Biological Activity

Hyaluronic acid production in response to AlloGenLiquid was measured using Human Fibroblast-LikeSynoviocytes (HFLS). Synoviocytes were seeded andAlloGen Liquid samples were added at 0.2mg/mLand 0.8mg/mL. After 3 days of incubation, AlloGenLiquid was shown to induce hyaluronic acid production through proliferation of synoviocytes.
